Online Waiver Policy
All participants are required to review the waiver prior to attending the experience. This waiver ensures that all individuals understand and acknowledge the potential risks associated with participation.

In some cases, participants may also be required to sign a waiver on-site at the event. This requirement applies universally to all attendees.

Waiver and Release of Liability
Hands-On Flower Experience at Harlind Flower Farm
Assumption of Risk
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that participation in a hands-on flower experience at Harlind Flower Farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the experience being held on a working farm with the potential for large farm equipment to be in the vicinity. I understand there will be the use of sharp tools such as hand snippers, and scissors, as well as walking on uneven terrain through the flower fields. I understand that participation may result in injury, including but not limited to cuts, scrapes, bruises, or strains. I assume all risks associated with these activities.
Liability Release
I hereby release and hold harmless Harlind Flower Farm, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of any injury, damage, or loss sustained during participation in activities at Harlind Flower Farm. This includes risks related to the use of tools, walking on the premises, or consumption of food and beverages.
Food and Beverage Liability
If this experience involves food and drink, I understand that consumption is at my own risk. I agree that I am solely responsible for determining any potential allergens or sensitivities and hold Harlind Flower Farm harmless from any allergic reactions or illnesses that may occur.
Media Release
I grant Harlind Flower Farm permission to take photographs or videos of me during the experience and to use these images on social media platforms, websites, or other promotional materials without compensation. I understand that I can revoke this permission at any time by providing a written request prior to the event.
Participant Responsibilities
I understand this is an adult-only event for participants aged 18 and older. I acknowledge that some experience with tools is beneficial, but not required. I will dress appropriately for the weather, wear appropriate footwear for walking on the farm, and take necessary precautions to protect myself against the elements. I understand the experience takes place outdoors for up to three hours, rain or shine, and that basic safety equipment will be provided.
