By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Participation

Participation in this event is voluntary. All attendees are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically capable of participating in any activities associated with the event.

Completion of the required Waiver and Release Form is mandatory for all participants prior to ticket purchase and attendance.

2. Ticket Sales

• All ticket sales are final.

• Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated by the event organizer.

• Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged without prior authorization from the event organizer.

• Admission is subject to ticket availability and compliance with all event requirements.

3. Event Changes and Cancellation

The event organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, public safety concerns, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation, the organizer will communicate available options regarding refunds, credits, or rescheduling where applicable.

4. Assumption of Risk

Attendance and participation in the event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, illness, or other unforeseen hazards.

By attending, participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to comply with all event rules, instructions, and safety requirements.

5. Participant Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward event staff, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and fellow participants.

The event organizer reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Photography and Media Release

Photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event for promotional, marketing, educational, or reporting purposes.

By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their image, likeness, voice, and appearance in event-related materials without compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed should notify event staff upon arrival.

7. Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The event organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

8. Accessibility and Inclusion

The event organizer is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants.

Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for event operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizer, its staff, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and venue operators shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or claim arising from participation in or attendance at the event.

By purchasing a ticket, completing the required waiver, or attending the event, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
